Exchange Policy
At My–Bolt Bike, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact
Note: We do not accept exchanges for reasons like color change or general dissatisfaction once the product has been used.
2. Items Not Eligible
Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
Products returned without original packaging or missing components
Customized or special edition bicycle/accessories

Our team will review and approve valid cases within 2 business days.
4. Pickup & Delivery
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (if serviceable).
After inspection at our warehouse, we will ship the replacement item within 3–5 business days.
In case reverse pickup is not available, we may ask you to ship the item and reimburse the cost.
5. Replacement Only (No Refunds)
We offer exchange or replacement only, not refunds, unless the product is unavailable.
In case the replacement product is out of stock, a full refund or credit note may be offered.
6. Important Notes
Please retain the original invoice for reference.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any exchange request based on product condition.
